Ved Group of Firms and Industries is one of the oldest firms in Maharashtra. Initially, the company started with Coal and has extended its product range to Gases, Welding Consumables, Equipment and Accessories, and Cinema Carbons. They also deal in reputed brands of Kitchen. Delicacies like pickles, papads, ready mixes, ketchup, noodles, and more. Established in 2006, Shri Radha Krishna Gases & Gas Plant Leasing Company, a subsidiary of Ved Group of Firms and Industries, primarily deals in the manufacturing of onsite nitrogen gas. They have been serving the industry with a growing requirement for on-demand nitrogen and oxygen supplies. They have expanded into segments like aerospace to petrochemicals, from tyre manufacturing to hospitals, the list keeps growing as demand for industrial gases continues to grow year on year exponentially.
“We are a pioneer in onsite nitrogen gas plants to be given on lease/rent. Our customers have the benefit of a fully automated plant with zero investment, no spares, no maintenance cost or operational cost,” says Sunil Jayraj Ved, Director, Ved Group of Firms and Industries. The company’s specialty and experience in trading with gases and allied equipment have made it easy for them to market the Nitrogen gas plants. “Our dealing in Gases and allied equipment like tanks, compressors, etc makes it easy for us to sell nitrogen plants. They deal with gases like oxygen, nitrogen, argon, zero air, calibration, ammonia, tailor-made mix gases, helium, hydrogen, liquid oxygen, liquid nitrogen, and refrigerant gases like R11, R22, Free Oxide, Ethylene Oxide, LPG, R12, and more. Today, the company has 30 plants across seven states.

Jayraj Kantilal Ved is the CMD of Ved Group of Firms and Industries. He started the company by trading of Gases, Industrial Equipments, Consumables, catering to various verticals of industries. His vision was to ease Industries’ venture into Onsite Gas Plants. Today, the company is celebrating more than five decades of success. He believes that any business could flourish and sustain on values of the company. He is always ready to learn and implement new ideas, adapt and upgrade to new technologies.
Sunil Jayraj Ved and Amit Jayraj Ved are working as directors at Ved Group of Firms and Industries. They are responsible for formulating organizational goals and building new strategies to stay ahead of the competition.
While Sunil looks after the day-to-day operations of the business, Amit focuses on the administrative and financial functions of the company.
