We were facing a lot of issues with nitrogen cylinders. So, we decided to install nitrogen gas plant. We came across VedFirms, discussed our requirements with them and installed PSA nitrogen gas plant in 2016. Since then, the generator is supplying us required nitrogen consistently. Our production has gone up and so is the demand for nitrogen. But, we are not facing any shortage of nitrogen gas. The plant is working perfectly fine.

We produce over 300 castings monthly, ranging from 0.5 kg to 20 kg, tailored to customer needs. A recent oxygen and nitrogen cylinder shortage disrupted our production, as supplies were rightly prioritized for medical use. We need nitrogen gas in our aluminium foundry for production processes. For many years, we were getting nitrogen gas in bottled form from industrial gas suppliers. But handling and transportation of nitrogen cylinders involve safety hazard to our employees. So, we were looking for a better alternative and we came across VedFirms. We installed VedFirms nitrogen gas generators in 2015. Now we are getting quality gas and uninterrupted service from VedFirms nitrogen gas plant. We are fully satisfied with the performance of this nitrogen generator. It is working flawlessly and exceeded our expectations.
