A new trend is catching up in the manufacturing of Nitrogen gas plants in India, the very promising process of converting natural Nitrogen into Nitrogen gas which can be used for powering the plant and is equally helpful in the agricultural sector also. Now Nitrogen-rich feedstocks are also used to produce Nitrous Oxide or Nitrous gas which is a highly effective oxygenator that stimulates the process of photosynthesis. Nitrogen is an essential element needed for plant life. The plants cannot grow unless Nitrogen is available to them. Nitrogen is one of the elements with the highest content in the air, which also promotes the growth of various living organisms too.
So now it becomes a necessity to tap Nitrogen gas which is otherwise hard to find and obtain from the mines. However many companies have come up in the last few years to tap the vast Nitrogen gas reserve present in various countries around the world. Some of them have even received permissions by the governments to start processing the Nitrogen gas from these sites. They have also started using the Nitrogen fed cotton plants and animal feeds too to promote the Nitrogen production. These plants are Nitrogen rich and thus Nitrogen gas is easily obtainable from these sites. However production of Nitrogen gas from these plants can only be possible if the temperature at the mines is around 50 degree Celsius.
If the temperature falls below this level then the Nitrogen is lost. Many mining companies have started using the latest equipment and machines to tap the mines and produce Nitrogen gas but it is not possible for every company to manage this process on their own. Therefore, other countries like Brazil have also offered Nitrogen reserves to the mining industry, which is available at a very less price. Now the Indian Mining Industry has gained a lot from the Nitrogen gas found at these places. Nitrogen is a highly useful element that promotes the growth and development of different materials like Nitric oxide, fertilizer, oil, and gas, etc.
